If you’re a firefighter, police, or law enforcement department, EMS/EMT unit, search-and-rescue group, or other emergency response team, your group will receive free custom license plates design work just like our other customers. In addition you can get reflective-surfaced license plates, if you need them, for visibility on the scene of an emergency at night. The only requirement is a minimum order of 25 tags.

Experienced commercial artists. In contrast with many other license plate printers, Leeward Productions is owned and operated by experienced commercial artists. That means with over 20 years’ experience both designing and printing EMS and firefighter license plates, you’ll get plates created with distinction — not rough, slap-together designs.

Our fire department plates are printed only on sturdy, glossy aluminum for long life and first-class appearance. You also get license plates produced by either silk-screen or industrial resin printing — the industry’s top time-tested choices for the toughest finish possible.

Within 3 business days, your plate layout will be posted to a web page online for your review. Then tell us what you think and we’ll go from there. Once things are to your satisfaction, and your order placed, plates ship out within 2–3 weeks. The process is simple and straightforward — and we do the work of making sure your plates look like you want, without hassles or the need for design skills on your end.

Imprint Pricing

Custom imprints for team members. If you need to customize plates with specific titles for different members of your team (firefighter license plates, most commonly), we can do imprinting at additional cost. Individual imprints are available only with our state-license-plate-grade tags. See the imprint pricing info on the pricing pages for either full-size 12x6” or half-size 12x4” plates to calculate the extra cost.
