Durable, reflective nighttime
visibility. Using highly durable, industry-standard
Scotchlite or equivalent sheeting manufactured specifically
for reflectorized license plates, we can turn your standard
EMS, police, or firefighter license plates into ones that light
up at night. Embedded lens elements enclosed in the transparent
resin provide reflective visibility from both head-on and off-center
angles. Over the years, this material has become an industry
standard for reflective license plates, providing higher reflectivity
and better nighttime visibility than the alternative beads-on-paint
method.

- Available in both full and half-size plates.
Plates are
made reflective by applying white reflectorized sheeting
to the aluminum surface.
- Ink is printed on top
of the white reflective sheeting. Plates are
produced by first applying white reflective sheeting to
the entire aluminum license plate surface, then printing
outdoor-grade opaque inks over the top. Do note
that just as with official state license plates, at night
the inked areas will appear dark-colored against
the white relective background.
- Most plates are designed
so the background area is the reflective portion rather
than the foreground art. This provides
maximum reflectivity because with this approach white
makes up the majority of the plate surface area to catch
the most light. Since
this approach is the norm, be sure and tell us if you
want your plates done differently. The opposite approach
can be taken where the lettering and artwork appear reflective
white instead against a different-colored background
that’s printed with ink.
